HMLS = High Modulus Low Shrinkage

Polyester Industrial Yarns (High-tenacity yarns) are produced in continuous system processed by crystallisation and post-condensation to form required mechanical properties. Regular industrial yarn is named HT – high tenacity yarn with normal shrinkage.

HT yarns have low shrinkage, super low shrinkage types as well as High Modulus with different shrinkage property adjusted for end use.

Polyester industrial yarns are used for specific products such as; hoses, belts, tire cords, wires, cables, geo-textiles, thermoplastic items.

Polyester industrial yarns are used in different applications such as;

– Conveyor belts

– Geotextiles

– Canvas fabrics, tent fabrics

– Tarpaulins

– Webbing

– Seat belts

– Construction textiles

In addition to main HT yarns we offer application specific yarns with twist, solution dyed and different mechanical characteristics.

– Abrasion resistant yarns. Having higher coefficient of friction compared to concention HT yarns, abrasion resistant yarns are used in seat belts, ropes, safety belts and friction demanding applications.

– Super low shrinkage yarns. These yarns possess lower shrinkage under boiling water compared to conventional HT normal shrinkage yarns. Sunshades, membranes and air filters are some of applications it is used.

– Multiply industrial yarns. We can offer intermingled or twisted multiply yarns for specific applications.
