Digital Printed Fabrics
havvaprint™ uses reactive dyestuff printing technology on natural fabrics and pigment printing technology for synthetic fabrics. Different base fabrics up to 400 g/m² and working width up to 320 cm enable us serve fashion, home textile and technical textile industries.
Digital Printing Technology
Fully equipped with versatile Reggiani EFI™ digital printers, we can print on any synthetic & natural fabric surface. Jersey, 2 thread (french terry), interlock and other knit or woven fabrics are printed based on your unique design.
Daily printing capacity of 4500 metres, we print fabric width up to 340 cm. Ultra crisp design achieved on fabric surface due to Reggiani high resolution (up to 2400 dpi) printing technology.
Types of fabrics we print

| Jersey Fabric Composition | Weight | Width | Extra Finish |
|---|---|---|---|
| 100% Compact Cotton | 180 g/m² | 160-180 cm | Surface Treatment |
| 94% Cotton 6% Elastane | 180 g/m² | 160-180 cm | Surface Treatment |
| 94% Viscose 6% Elastane | 180 g/m² | 160-180 cm | Surface Treatment |
| 95% Polyester 5% Elastane | 180 g/m² | 160-180 cm | Surface Treatment |
Jersey knit fabric is commonly used in digital printing due to even fabric surface that enables outstanding pattern resolution.
Single jersey digital printed fabrics are most widely used in t-shirts, headbands, kids clothing and textile accessories.
Modal, bamboo, tencel, micromodal, wool, acrylic blends are less used but offer performance or aesthetic in digital fabric printing. Modal/elastane, bamboo/elastane, tencel/elastane are some of blends we print on for specific projects.
– Minimum order per design is 300 metres (for 180 cm width) or 150 KG.

| French Terry Fabric Composition | Weight | Width | Extra Finish |
|---|---|---|---|
| 100% Compact Cotton | 180-260 g/m² | 160-180 cm | Physical/Chemical Treatment |
| 94% Cotton 6% Elastane | 180-260 g/m² | 160-180 cm | Physical/Chemical Treatment |
| 94% Viscose 6% Elastane | 180-260 g/m² | 160-180 cm | Physical/Chemical Treatment |
| 95% Polyester 5% Elastane | 180-260 g/m² | 160-180 cm | Physical/Chemical Treatment |
Physical treatment includes Brushing of back side. Brushed terry fleece highly preferred in pyjamas and sweatshirts. Chemical treatment includes silicone finish on surface enabling silky touch of knit fabric.
French terry (2-ply, 3-ply) digital printed fabrics are most widely used in sweatshirts, blouses, kids clothing and various textile accessories.
Most common fabric base we produce is Cotton/Elastane 2-ply. Even surface of french terry knit fabric enables flat printing while loopy back side allowing elasticity required from this fabric.
Weights of 230 – 260 g/m² are accepted in European fashion industry Modal, bamboo, tencel, micromodal, wool, acrylic blends are less used but offer performance or aesthetic in digital fabric printing. Modal/elastane, bamboo/elastane, tencel/elastane are some of blends we print on for specific projects.
– Minimum order per design is 300 metres (for 180 cm width) or 150 KG.

Coral fleece (plush fabrics) are pile fabrics knitted with 100% Polyester yarn at a certain pile height and subsequently brushed, printed and finished.
Offering super soft feel, coral fleece (also named Sherpa) fabrics are ideal for blanket use, toys, bathrobes and similar accessories and clothes.
Digital printing on high pile fabrics is difficult however we at Havva offer high fastness coral and sherpa fabrics with superior dyestuff absorbency.

| Polar Fleece Fabric Composition | Weight | Width | Extra Finish |
|---|---|---|---|
| 100% Polyester DTY Fleece | 180-350 g/m² | 150-180 cm | Physical Treatment |
| 100% Polyester FDY Fleece | 180-3500 g/m² | 150-180 cm | Physical Treatment |
We have two types of Polar Fleece fabric; from Polyester DTY yarn and Polyester FDY yarn. Polar fleece fabrics have anti-pilling treatment on one side, with other side of fabric brushed only.
Digital printing of fleece fabrics enable unlimited number of design options for fleece users. Main uses of fleece fabric include sportswear, toys, blankets and textile accessories. Polar fleece fabric also commonly used as lamination fabric for softshell applications.
180 g/m² up to 230 g/m² is common range in polar fleece fabric production. Our digitally printed polar fleece fabrics offer high dye penetration on fleece surface, allowing superior fleece look.
Main advantages of digitally printed polar fleece fabrics;
– Low order quantity per design
– Unlimited pattern repeat, colour number and design option
– Reduced fixed costs of rotary printing (although digital printing currently is higher priced)
– Smaller runs, faster turnaround.

| Velvet Fabric Composition | Weight | Width | Extra Finish |
|---|---|---|---|
| 100% Polyester | 160-260 g/m2 | 150-180 cm | Surface brushing |
Velvet fabric produced on warp knitting machines offer extremely soft touch and is a cheaper yet sophisticated alternative to conventional woven velvet fabric.
We offer 2 types of velvet printed fabric;
– classical velvet warp knit fabric
– crushed velvet fabric
Crushed velvet fabric gives a reflected surface and commonly used in apparel and home textile fabrics. Digital printed velvet fabrics offer tremendous possibility for unlimited design and cheaper alternative to jacquard woven velvet fabrics.

Digital Printing: Advantages
Digital fabric printing has significant advantages compared to conventional fabric printing techniques (e.g. rotary printing, screen printing etc.) We have outlined major advantages of digital fabric printing:
Lower runs per design. It enables end user to print significantly lower metres of a design compared to other printing techniques.
No limit on pattern. Digital printing imposes no limitation on pattern repeat, number of colours or object to print.
Enhanced footprint. Digital printing uses less water compared to conventional fabric printing techniques.
Fast lead times. Idea to product cycle is very short in digital fabric printing allowing shortened lead times in textiles.
Creativity boosted. Digital fabric printing enables most complex patterns to be printed on textile surfaces in precision with high resolution.
